📦 Shipping, Payment, and Inspection Policy
1. Open Box Policy
Inspection Authorization: To ensure customer confidence and product integrity, clients are authorized to conduct a visual inspection of the shipment upon delivery, prior to making payment.
Verification Scope: This inspection allows clients to verify two key points:
The external condition of the shipping packaging.
The confirmed quantity (bottle count) of the product (Purtier Placenta).
Important Condition: To maintain the validity of the Authenticity Guarantee and eligibility for any future return claims, only the exterior shipping box may be opened. The individual product bottle seals must remain unbroken and completely intact.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Payment Terms
Payment Upon Receipt: Payment is rendered upon the successful receipt.
Right of Refusal: Should the delivered item be incorrect, incomplete, or visibly damaged, the client retains the right to immediately refuse acceptance of the shipment and return it to the courier.
Payment Exemption: In the event the order is legitimately refused according to these terms, no payment will be required or collected from the client.
3. Shipping Information
Local Delivery Scope: We provide local shipping services across the National Capital Region (NCR) and the CALABARZON area.
Same-Day Delivery: This service is available exclusively for orders within Pampanga and Bulacan.
Priority Shipping (Bulk): Rush shipping is offered for all other service regions for bulk orders of 7 or more bottles, with an estimated delivery timeline of 3-5 business days.
International Rates: Shipping costs for the USA and Canada are dynamically calculated based on the specific destination state or province.
4. Order Tracking
Tracking Issuance: A tracking number will be promptly generated and issued once the shipment has been fully processed and collected by our designated courier partner.
Notification: The tracking number will be delivered directly to the email address associated with your order.
