1. Authenticity Guarantee
We are committed to the quality and verified origin of every product we supply. We unequivocally guarantee the authenticity of every item sold. Should any product be conclusively proven to be fake or counterfeit, the client is entitled to a full refund of the purchase price.
2. Order Cancellations
A request for order cancellation may be submitted within twelve (12) hours of the original order placement time.
To Request Cancellation: Please contact us immediately by replying to your order confirmation email or by calling our customer service line at +(63) 939 789 5302 during our published business hours.
Crucial Note: Once an order has been dispatched or is in transit, cancellation is prohibited, irrespective of the time elapsed since order placement.
3. Returns and Refunds
A. Eligibility & Guarantee Validity
Our product guarantee and refund eligibility apply exclusively to the authenticity of unopened bottles of Purtier Placenta.
To qualify for any refund related to an authenticity claim, all bottles must be returned unused and with all original seals fully intact.
Breaking or compromising the bottle's seal will immediately void the Authenticity Guarantee.
B. How to Claim a Refund (Counterfeit Claim)
To initiate an authenticity claim, please contact our customer support team for detailed submission instructions.
You will be required to submit supporting photographic and video evidence of the product in question.
Upon successful review and verification of your claim by our team, we will provide instructions for the secure return of the item(s).
Once the returned items are received and inspected at our facility, the refund process will commence.
C. Refund Processing Details
The purchase amount will be refunded within 7 to 14 business days following our receipt of the verified returned items.
Please be advised that the final refund amount will be issued minus all original shipping costs and a standard handling fee.
